In Ruth 1 , we saw Ruth leave Moab by faith, much like every believer leaves behind the old life of sin to follow the true God. In Ruth 2 , we watched Boaz notice Ruth in the field, showing grace to the outsider and inviting her to his table—a beautiful reflection of Christ welcoming Gentiles into His covenant family. Now in Ruth 3, the story becomes even deeper. This chapter is not simply about romance—it is about redemption. Here, Ruth approaches Boaz at the threshing floor, and in one of the most powerful prophetic pictures in Scripture, we see the sinner resting at the feet of the Redeemer.
